  • Use your real age when verifying — this platform is for adults only
  • Play for fun and within your time limits
  • Report any player behaviour that makes you or others uncomfortable
  • Keep your account credentials secure and do not share them
  • Follow tournament and event rules as posted

✗ What Is Not Allowed

  • Harassment, bullying, or threatening behaviour of any kind
  • Hate speech, discrimination, or slurs targeting any group
  • Impersonating other players, staff, or public figures
  • Sharing false information about the platform or other players
  • Attempting to exploit bugs or manipulate game outcomes
  • Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
  • Spamming the chat or using bots
  • Sharing or soliciting personal information from others

How We Handle Violations

Warning

First-time or minor violations typically result in a formal warning. The player is notified of the specific rule breached and the expected standard going forward.

Temporary Suspension

Repeated or more serious violations result in a temporary suspension. The duration depends on the severity and history of the behaviour involved.

Permanent Removal

Severe violations, including illegal activity, sustained harassment, or hate speech, will result in immediate and permanent account removal with no right of appeal.

Appeals: If you believe you have received a warning or suspension in error, you may appeal by contacting support@windsorstonehal.com within 14 days of the decision. Appeals are reviewed by a senior member of the Veloria team.
